PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial agent/deodorant/odor absorbing agent obtained by molding raw bamboo fine powder or the powder that is obtained by fermenting/composting the raw bamboo fine powder, into a block.SOLUTION: A bamboo fiber chopped strand of a split state, that is obtained by dissociating the cellulose and hemicellulose, which are used for forming a cell wall, from lignin, is pulverized to obtain the raw bamboo fine powder having 10-200 μm particle size. The powder is obtained by fermenting/composting the raw bamboo fine powder.
