PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device for which it is not needed to consider the influence of folding in filtering of a color doppler method and data processing does not become complicated.SOLUTION: Blood flow information is detected in an image processing part 13 from reception signals obtained by a transmission/reception part 12 from an ultrasonic probe 11, image data for which a complex vector value is the attribute of pixels are generated from the blood flow information, and also respective pixel values in a prescribed range, whose reference position is a prescribed pixel of the generated image data, are extracted to generate an input matrix. Then, in the image processing part 13, the real parts and imaginary parts of the complex vector values of the respective pixels in the input matrix are rearranged in the order of the size respectively independently, a prescribed pixel value is extracted for the real part and the imaginary part respectively on the basis of the result of the rearrangement and defined as the complex vector output value of the reference pixel, and the phase value of the outputted complex vector value is calculated.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】カラードプラ法のフィルタリングに於いて折り返りの影響を考慮する必要がなく、データ処理が煩雑にならない超音波診断装置を提供することである。【解決手段】超音波プローブ11から送受信部12によって得られた受信信号から、画像処理部13にて血流情報が検出され、該血流情報から複素ベクトル値を画素の属性とする画像データが生成されると共に、生成された前記画像データの所定画素を基準位置とする所定範囲の各画素値が抽出されて入力行列が生成される。そして、画像処理部13にて、前記入力行列に於ける各画素の複素ベクトル値の実部と虚部が各々独立に大きさの順に並べ替えられ、その並べ替えの結果に基づいて、前記実部と虚部のそれぞれについて所定画素値が抽出されて基準画素の複素ベクトル出力値とされ、出力された複素ベクトル値の位相値が算出される。【選択図】図1
