The recombinant DNA elements include nucleic acids encoding transcriptional regulators, such as IE-0 and lE-1, transcriptional enhancer elements, such as the homologous region (hr) and promoters.Linvention concerne des réactifs et des procédés qui permettent une expression améliorée dune protéine recombinante chez un insecte. Plus particulièrement, linvention concerne lintroduction déléments ADN recombinants à lintérieur dune larve dinsecte permettant lexpression accrue dune protéine recombinante, une amélioration du repliement correct de ladite protéine et une augmentation du taux de survie après une infection de linsecte. Ces éléments ADN recombinants peuvent être introduits, par exemple dans des larves dinsecte par lintermédiaire dun baculovirus recombinant qui a incorporé lesdits éléments.
