PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high branch cutting scissors capable of reducing the burden on workers with a simple structure.SOLUTION: The scissors portion of the high branch cutting scissors includes a fixed blade 20 fixed to the tip of the rod portion and a movable blade 21 attached to the tip of the rod portion so as to freely open and close according to the operation of the operation portion. The fixed blade 20 includes a rack gear 20e formed along the inner periphery of the long hole 20d.
