The invention also provides a method for treating a granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF)-mediated cancer in a subject in need thereof, said method comprising administering to the subject a composition, said composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and a human monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to the above epitope of GM-CSF.
