According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing kinds of unpolished rice cereal produces roasted unpolished rice. The method comprises: a soaking step of soaking kinds of unpolished rice into water to prepare soaked unpolished rice; a steaming step of putting, in a mesh tray, soaked unpolished rice obtained in the soaking step to drain water, and steaming the soaked unpolished rice with a steamer to prepare the steamed unpolished rice; a pressing step of pressing, with a press, the steamed unpolished rice obtained in the steaming step to prepare the pressed unpolished rice; and a roasting step of roasting the pressed unpolished rice obtained in the pressing step to prepare the roasted unpolished rice. The method further includes a cooling step of cooling the steamed unpolished rice obtained in the steaming step before pressing the steamed unpolished rice in the pressing step, and a drying step of drying, with a drier, the pressed unpolished rice obtained in the pressing step before roasting the pressed unpolished rice in the roasting step. Therefore, as for the unpolished rice manufactured by the method for manufacturing kinds of unpolished rice cereal, the steamed unpolished rice is changed into a flat shape before being roasted, and then is roasted, thereby saving roasting time due to a gap of bran that is the epidermal layer of the unpolished rice and a thinned starch layer of the unpolished rice induced by the flat shape, preventing the bran of the unpolished rice from being burned by heat, making a state that a consumer can eat roasted unpolished rice as it is or can put roasted unpolished rice in liquid milk and easily have it, and easily improving texture due to crispiness and aroma of roasted unpolished rice.본 발명에 의한 현미류 시리얼의 제조방법은 볶음 현미를 제조하는 것으로 이루어지는 현미류 시리얼의 제조방법에 있어서, 현미류를 물속에 넣어 불려서 불린현미류로 형성하는 불림단계; 상기 물림단계의 불린현미류를 채반으로 넣어서 물기를 떨어뜨린 뒤, 스팀기로 쪄서 찐현미류로 형성하는 찜단계; 상기 찜단계의 찐현미류를 압착기로 압착하여 압착현미류로 형성하는 압착단계; 상기 압착단계의 압착현미류를 볶아서 볶음현미류로 형성하는 볶음단계
