The present invention relates to an animal model of an infectious eye disease and a method of manufacturing the same, more specifically, to reduce pathogenic resistance caused by antibiotic abuse used for the treatment of an infectious eye disease, and to develop a therapeutic agent and measure a concentration of a therapeutic agent. The present invention relates to the preparation of an infectious eye disease animal model using Enterococcus and Staphylococcus , which can be used for the treatment of multi-drug resistance and treatment of infected patients.본 발명은 감염성 안질환 동물모델 및 이의 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 감염성 안질환의 치료를 위해 사용되는 항생제 남용으로 인해 나타나는 병원성 내성을 감소시키기고, 치료 약제 개발 및 치료제 농도 측정을 진행할 수 있게 함으로서 다재 내성에 대한 대책과 감염환자 치료에 도움을 줄 수 있는 엔테로코쿠스(Enterococcus) 및 스타필로코쿠스스(Staphylococcus)를 이용한 감염성 안질환 동물모델을 제작하는 것에 관한 것이다.
