PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling-growing box shuffling device set to displace a plurality of seedling-growing boxes to a proper shelf of a carriage for pushing and moving seedling-growing boxes in a line to a direction crossing the line of the seedling-growing boxes to the direction of the shelves of the carriage. SOLUTION: The seedling-growing box shuffling device comprises a displacing mechanisms 22, 23 displacing a plurality of seedling-growing boxes 1 lined in a predetermined position to the direction crossing to the lining direction by a pushing operation to displace to the shelf part 5e of the carriage 5, and an opening mechanism 24, 25 opening gaps between lined seedling-growing boxes 1 to the direction pushed by the displacing mechanisms 22, 23. The device is configured such that a fulcrum 5b of the shelf parts 5e of the carriage 5 is inserted into gaps of the lined seedling-growing boxes opened by the opening mechanism 24, 25, and the lined seedling-growing boxes move to the shelf part 5e of the carriage 5 by passing the fulcrum 5b of the carriage 5 by the displacing mechanism 22, 23.
