The present invention relates to a compound capable of inhibiting secretion of thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) from mast cells, and a use thereof. The compound of the present invention significantly inhibits secretion of TSLP from mast cells, and thus can be used as a candidate substance for preventing and treating inflammatory bowel disease allergic dermatitis, and/or atopic dermatitis.본 발명은 비만세포로부터 TSLP(Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin) 분비를 억제하는 화합물 및 그 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 화합물은 비만세포로부터 TSLP 분비를 유의적으로 억제함을 확인하였으며, 이에 따라 아토피 피부염, 알레르기성 피부염, 및/또는 염증성 장질환에 대한 치료 및 예방 후보물질로 사용될 수 있다.
