PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing process of a nursing device which removes fouling components hard to remove in a receiver jar and the like before washing to enhance the washing efficiency and which washes out the accretion that could not be discharged by natural drainage after washing to enhance the washability and safety.SOLUTION: The washing process of the nursing device is provided with a downward rotation type tap water spray nozzle to wash the inside of the receiver jar by jetting water for a fixed time before and after the washing, which is connected with the water supply via an on-off valve in addition to an upward washing liquid spray nozzle to wash the inside of the receiver jar by circulating and jetting the washing liquid during circulation washing.
