According to one example, a visual call device for providing medical services to a user is described. The apparatus includes a memory that stores machine readable instructions for receiving input related to a user's health related conditions. The machine readable instructions analyze the user's health-related status and select a number of options from the available options to provide service to the user. The user can activate one of the selected options to receive services associated with the activated option. The machine readable instructions further output the selected option to allow the user to activate one of the selected options, and of the selected options When one is activated, it provides the user with feedback related to the completion of the service associated with the activated option.
