The present invention provides a sterilizing device accurately measuring the intensity of a light source. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the sterilizing device includes: a substrate a light emitting device installed on the substrate and a light collecting device installed on the substrate. The light emitting device includes: a first conductive semiconductor layer a second conductive semiconductor layer and an active layer installed between the first conductive semiconductor layer and the second conductive semiconductor layer. The light collecting device includes: a third conductive semiconductor layer a fourth conductive semiconductor layer and a light absorbing layer installed between the third conductive semiconductor layer and the fourth conductive semiconductor layer. The third conductive semiconductor layer is installed on a side collecting the light based on the light absorbing layer. The active layer, the light absorbing layer, and the third conductive semiconductor layer include aluminum. The third conductive semiconductor layer has higher aluminum composition than that of the active layer.
