Disclosed is a prefabricated pre-filter that is used for filtrating breeding water in an aquarium, a culture farm, or a fish farm and includes a main body having an inlet line through which the breeding water is entered and an outlet line through which the breeding water is discharged and including a joining part on a lower surface of one side thereof； a filter case which is formed in the shape of a container having an open upper side, has the inside communicating with the inlet line and the outlet line, and is joined with the joining part； and a filter which is contained in the filter case and filtrates the breeding water introduced into the filter case. The filter case is assembled with and disassembled from a lower side of the main body in the vertical direction.
