The present invention relates to a method for immobilizing bone morphogenetic protein-2 for promoting osseointegration of the implant inserted into human body, and to a method for fabricating the same. The present invention coats growth factors in two steps including first and second coatings. The present invention controls release rate of the bone morphogenetic protein-2, thereby maximizing effects of the loaded growth factors. Therefore, the present invention enhances affinity of mineral biomaterials by loading the growth factors, and enhances engraftment of the implant inserted into the human body and osseointegration characteristics by enhancing cell adhesion and differentiation.본 발명은 체내에 삽입되는 임플란트의 골융합을 촉진하기 위한 골형성 단백질을 고정화하는 시키는 방법 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 1차 코팅과 2차 코팅의 2단계 코팅 방법으로 성장인자를 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면 골형성 단백질의 방출속도를 조절함으로써 탑재된 성장인자의 효과를 극대화시킬 수 있다. 따라서 성장인자의 탑재함으로써 무기질 생체재료의 친수성을 향상시키고 세포의 부착과 분화를 향상시킴으로써 체내에 삽입되는 임플란트의 생착 및 골융합 특성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
