PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect an attention point of an interpreter on a similar image search.SOLUTION: A similar case search device includes: an image feature extraction part 160 for extracting a plurality of image feature values from an interpretation object image a report analysis part 150 for extracting an object disease name from an object interpretation report a weight determination part 170 for, by using inter-binary relevant information showing relevancy between each image feature value and an object disease name via an interpretation item for every combination of the image feature values, determining a weight which becomes a larger value as the relevancy between the image feature value and the object disease name becomes high for every image feature value extracted by the image feature extraction part 160 and a similar case search part 180 for comparing a plurality of image feature values extracted by the image feature extraction part 160 with a plurality of image feature values extracted from a medical image included in case data registered in a case database by weighting those image feature values by the weight for each image feature value determined by the weight determination part 170 to search the case data including a medical image which is similar to the interpretation object image from the case database.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】類似画像検索に読影者の着目点を反映させる。【解決手段】読影対象画像から複数の画像特徴量を抽出する画像特徴抽出部160と、対象読影レポートから対象疾病名を抽出するレポート解析部150と、画像特徴量の組合せごとに、読影項目を介した各画像特徴量と対象疾病名との間の関連性を示す二項間関係情報を用い、画像特徴抽出部160が抽出した画像特徴量ごとに、当該画像特徴量と対象疾病名との間の関連性が高いほど大きな値の重みを決定する重み決定部170と、画像特徴抽出部160で抽出された複数の画像特徴量と、症例データベースに登録されている症例データに含まれる医用画像から抽出される複数の画像特徴量とを、重み決定部170で決定された画像特徴量毎の重みで重み付けして比較することにより、読影対象画像に類似する医用画像を含む症例データを症例データベースより検索する類似症例検索部180とを備える。【選択図】図1
