PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connective tissue body forming substrate capable of thickly forming a desired site of a film-like connective tissue body at uniform density without extending a time required for forming the connective tissue body.SOLUTION: A tissue forming surface 3 for forming a connective tissue is set up on a surface of a substrate body 4. An assistive tissue forming surface 5 facing a part of the tissue forming surface 3 is provided thereon at some interval apart from each other. A connective tissue body forming substrate 1 is installed in environment where a biological tissue material is present. A film-like connective tissue body is formed on the substrate surface.
