A wide neck feeding bottle with sterilizer cap comprising of a hollow body having a closed bottom portion an reduced rounded shoulders extending to a threaded wide neck adapted to be screwably attached with a nipple and a nipple and a nipple collar assembly, said bottle being provided with a substantially cylindrical sterilizer cap having a thickened lip portion being removably engaged with said reduced rounded shoulders, and a reduced base portion disposed at the bottom portion, defining a catch thereof being removably engaged with said thickened lip portion of said sterilizing cap when said cap being mounted thereto, characterized in that a tong removably mounted on said bottle body to hold used to hold said feeding nipple during sterilization procedure.
