The present invention provides a whole-body self-massaging device, which is a standing post that is a long-strip object with a constant cross-sectional surface and includes at least one vertical plate surface and at least one vertical plate edge or corner for generating effects of deep stimulating massage on acupuncture points and nerve meridian at any surface curvature of human body. The device can stand on ground steadily by connecting a lower end of the device to a base, or alternatively, the lower end and the upper end of the device are respectively fixed on a bottom wall board and a top wall board of an accommodating space in a vertical direction via L-shaped flat steels, such that a known steam or radiation fitness energy chamber can have effects of massaging acupuncture points, activating cells, enhancing perspiration, and promoting blood circulation.
