PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system in which a wireless nurse call system is easily feasible.SOLUTION: The communication system includes: a parent terminal a child terminal having first and second wireless communication units and a communication repeating device having first and second wireless communication units, wherein the communication repeating device includes a controller in which when connection demanding information to the parent terminal sent from the first wireless communication unit of the child terminal is received by the first wireless communication unit, an audio communication route is established between the wireless communication units, and the controller is configured such that when the audio communication route is established between the parent terminal and one child terminal and when the connection demanding information from the other child terminal to the parent terminal is sent, in-call information that shows the in-call of the parent terminal is sent from the first wireless communication unit to the first wireless communication unit of the other child terminal.
