The present invention relates to a multifunctional signature pad device and a consumer type analysis method using the same which use a signature pad having a camera embedded therein and being capable of using a communication module, a gender-age estimation technique based on a facial recognition technique, and a face temperature measurement device to generate consumer type information in real time to link the consumer type information to product information generated by a POS system. The signature pad device to write a signature for a product payment comprises: a camera unit which is formed on one side of an upper portion of the signature pad device, and photographs the face of a consumer to transfer corresponding photographed facial image information； a facial temperature sensing unit which is formed on an upper portion of the signature pad device, measures the consumer′s facial temperature to generate facial temperature information and transfers the facial temperature information； and a type analysis unit to read the facial analysis reference information after receiving the facial image information from the camera unit to recognize the face of the consumer and generate consumer type data or generate the person′s disease data using the facial temperature information transferred from the facial temperature sensing unit.본 발명은 카메라를 내장하고 통신모듈을 활용할 수 있는 서명패드 및 얼굴인식기술기반의 성별-연령 추정 기술 및 안면 온도 측정 장치를 이용하여 소비자의 객층 정보를 실시간으로 생성하여 POS 시스템에서 생성되는 상품정보와 연동하도록 구현한 다기능 서명패드 장치 및 이를 이용한 소비자 객층 분석 방법에 관한 것으로, 상품 결제용 서명을 하기 위한 서명패드 장치에 있어서, 상기 서명패드 장치의 상부 일측에 형성되며, 소비자의 안면을 촬영하여 해당 촬영된 안면영상정보를 전달하기 위한 카메라부； 상기 서명패드 장치의 상부에 형성되며, 소비자 안면의 온도를 측정하여 안면온도정보를 생성하여 전달하기 위한 안면온도감지부； 및 상기 카메라부로부터 안면영상정보를 전달받은 후 안면분석기준정보를 판독하여 소비자의 안면을 인식해서 소비자객층데이터를 생성하거나, 상기 안면온도감지부로부터 전달되는 안면온도정보를 통해 질병자데이터를 생성하기 위한 객층분석부를 포함한다.
