PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of providing a life style of correct posture by correcting a bad posture reasonably in living and in a bath, for a purpose of improving and preventing various life styles accompanying stiff shoulder and stiff neck caused by a bad posture.SOLUTION: In a stiff shoulder and stiff neck settling posture conscious device, a rubber is added to an upper part and a lower part of a shrinkable towel in loop shape. It is worn across shoulders in such a manner as forming latch connection on a back by being twisted in truncated chevron to form two annular rings, and inserting left and right arms into the rings. When a user wears the stiff shoulder and stiff neck settling posture conscious device, a shrinkable towel material and shrinkability of rubber make a user aware of bad posture under its stimulation, and further, by a traction force from devices shrinkage, a user becomes aware of correct posture at always, as being pulled back as natural movement with no burden on both shoulders. Thus, a scapula is corrected to a correct position, blood flow of a muscle in a deep part is improved to settle poor circulation, and a distortion of a body is prevented, thus a life style with correct posture is obtained during living.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 悪い姿勢が原因の肩こり、首こりなど、様々な生活習慣の改善と予防を目的に、暮らしの中やお風呂で無理なく悪い姿勢を矯正して、正しい姿勢の生活習慣を獲得する装具を提供する。【解決手段】肩こり首こり解消姿勢意識付け装具は、伸縮性のあるループ状タオルの上下にゴムを加えている。これを八の字状にねじり環状の2つの輪を形成し、これらの輪に左右の腕を通し入れ、背中でバッテンができるたすき掛けの要領で両肩に装着する。使用者が肩こり首こり解消姿勢意識付け装具を着用すると、伸縮性のあるタオル素材とゴムの伸縮性により、その刺激で悪い姿勢が認識でき、かつ、装具の収縮する牽引力により、両肩に無理がなく、自然な動きとして後ろに引き戻される不断の正しい姿勢の動機付けが得られる。肩甲骨の正しい位置への補正、体の深部筋肉の血流改善から冷え性の解消、身体のゆがみを防ぎ、暮らしの中で、正しい姿勢の生活習慣が獲得できる。【選択図】 図5
