The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing: (a) at least one antiperspirant active (b) an oil system comprising: (i) at least one plant derived oil and (ii) at least one non-volatile silicone oil (c) at least one wax (d) an emulsifier system comprised of: (i) at least one high HLB emulsifier and (ii) at least one low HLB emulsifier and (f) water, wherein (b) and (d) are employed in a ratio by weight of about 10:1 to 2:1, the composition has a weighted average HLB of about 4 to 15, and the composition has liquid crystals present therein.
