The present invention relates to an automated external defibrillator (AED) management method and an AED management apparatus. According to the first aspect of the present invention, the AED management method includes the following steps of: matching AED device information with AED manager information and storing the information； setting a communication session with a first user terminal which corresponds to the manager information through a network； providing an inspection interface which matches the device information for the first user terminal； and receiving device inspection information from the first user terminal through the inspection interface. Thereby the present invention enables a user to manage an AED efficiently.본 발명은 AED관리방법 및 AED관리장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제 1 측면에 따르면 AED의 기기정보 및 매니저정보를 매칭하여 저장하는 단계, 네트워크를 통해 상기 매니저정보에 대응되는 제1사용자단말과의 통신세션을 설정하는 단계, 상기 제1사용자단말로 상기 기기정보에 매칭되는 점검인터페이스를 제공하는 단계, 및 상기 점검인터페이스를 통해 상기 제1사용자단말로부터 기기점검정보를 수신하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명으로 인해 사용자는 AED를 효과적으로 관리할 수 있다.
