The present invention provides a device designated as Brushseton for occluding human or animal fistulae comprises a head (21), a body (22) and a tail (23), the body (22) optionally a hollow cylindrical tube having bristles and apertures (24) for injecting medicines through an opening (25). The device is used by inserting the head (21) after probing the fistula using conventional probes and then removing the head through external opening of the fistula or injecting medicines through opening (25) through apertures (24) and taken out through the internal opening of the anus. The body of the Brusheton (22) is adjusted in fistula track, locking or tying both the head (21) and tail (23) externally to fix the position of Brusheton in the fistula.La présente invention concerne un dispositif désigné sous la forme de séton pour occlure des fistules humaines ou animales, lequel dispositif comprend une tête (21), un corps (22) et une queue (23), le corps (22) étant facultativement un tube cylindrique creux ayant des brins et des orifices (24) pour injecter des médicaments à travers une ouverture (25). Le dispositif est utilisé en insérant la tête (21) après sondage de la fistule à l'aide de sondes classiques, puis en retirant la tête par l'ouverture externe de la fistule ou en injectant des médicaments à travers l'ouverture (25) à travers les orifices (24) et en l'extrayant par l'ouverture interne de l'anus. Le corps du séton (22) est ajusté dans un trajet de fistule, bloquant ou nouant à la fois la tête (21) et la queue (23) à l'extérieur pour fixer la position du séton dans la fistule.
