PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide film products that demonstrate a non-self-aggregating uniform heterogeneity, and methods of their preparation.SOLUTION: Desirably, the films disintegrate in water and may be formed by controlled drying process, or other processes that maintain the required uniformity of the film.
