The present invention relates to the prevention or treatment of vascular disease, which is a new use of lanceemaside A. A composition containing lanceemaside A or deodeok extract as an active ingredient inhibits overexpression of eNOS and NF-κB in vascular tissue cells. In addition, it has an effect of normalizing blood pressure by increasing serum nitric oxide levels, which can be usefully used for the prevention or treatment of vascular diseases.본 발명은 란세마사이드 A의 새로운 용도인 혈관질환 예방 또는 치료용도에 관한 것으로, 란세마사이드 A 또는 더덕 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물은 혈관 조직세포의 eNOS 및 NF-κB의 과발현을 억제하며, 혈청 산화질소 수준을 증가시킴으로서 혈압을 정상화시키는 효과가 있어, 혈관질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
