PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a termite preventive coating structure of a building, which can efficiently prevents intrusion of incisitermes minors, can keep termite preventive effects lasting for a long period and is also advantageous in production, and to provide a termite preventive sheet for covering a building.SOLUTION: A moisture-permeable waterproofing sheet 1 is obtained by laminating a termite preventive film layer 12 of synthetic resin film, which contains a termite preventive agent and has ventilation pores 12a, 12a, ... formed projectingly, or by laminating a termite nonwoven fabric layer 15 impregnated with a termite preventive agent, on one side face of a moisture permeable film layer 11 with water proofing properties and moisture permeable properties with micropores 11a, 11a, ... and composed of a synthetic resin film, while laminating a reinforcing nonwoven fabric layer 14 on the other side face of the moisture permeable film layer 11.
