DEVICE FOR MEASURING THE THERAPEUTIC OBSERVANCE OF THE WEARING OF A TEXTILE ITEM BY A PATIENT, INSTRUMENTED ITEM COMPRISING SUCH A DEVICE, AND MEASUREMENT METHOD
The present invention relates to a device (10) for measuring the therapeutic observance of the wearing of a textile item by a patient, the device (10) comprising: a flexible circuit board (20), having two opposite faces, and designed to be integrated with the item, such that one of the faces is positioned against a limb of the patient when the item is worn; two capacitive electrodes (E1, E2) each arranged on one of the faces of the circuit board (20), which are oriented in opposite directions, and picking up measurement signals according to their environment; a control system (30) arranged on the circuit board (20) and capable of generating observance data from the measurement signals; and a communication system (40) arranged on the circuit board (20) and designed to transfer data remotely from the item; the device (10) being suitable for selectively detecting the wearing, non-wearing or washing of the item, and also estimating a potential level of wear on the item. The invention also relates to an instrumented item, comprising an item designed to be worn by a patient, and a device (10) integrated with the item.
