PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dentures that can properly be joined to a denture base blended with polypropylene and includes a lining material to ease looseness and pains in the chewing, and a method for producing the dentures.SOLUTION: A lining material 4 having a material heat-weldable with the denture base 3, e.g., an ethylene α-olefin copolymer is disposed in a back side of a denture base 3 containing a copolymerization polypropylene resin material as a main component. The lining material 4 having the ethylene α-olefin copolymer is elastically deformed in an intraoral temperature range and follows an intraoral shape. If a patients alveolar ridge shape changes, the lining material 4 having the ethylene α-olefin copolymer is increased in temperature, e.g., of approximately 60 degrees Celsius and is made flexible, and a new ethylene α-olefin copolymer is added as needed, and thereby is attached in the patients oral cavity to create new dentures compatible with the change of the alveolar ridge shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】ポリプロピレンが配合された義歯床に対して適切に接合できて、がたつきや咀嚼時の痛みなどが緩和される裏装材を備えた義歯および義歯の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】共重合ポリプロピレン樹脂材料を主成分とする義歯床3の裏面側に、その義歯床3と熱溶着可能な材料、例えばエチレンαオレフィンコポリマーを有する裏装材4を配置する。エチレンαオレフィンコポリマーを有する裏装材4は、口腔内の温度範囲では弾性変形して口腔内形状に追従する。患者の顎堤形状が変化したら、エチレンαオレフィンコポリマーを有する裏装材4を例えば摂氏60度ほどに昇温して柔軟化させて、必要に応じて新たなエチレンαオレフィンコポリマーを追加して、患者の口腔内に装着して、顎堤形状の変化に対応した新たな義歯を作成する。【選択図】図1
