An object of the present invention is to establish acell transplantation method which can markedly improvethe survival of grafted pluripotent stem cells and theefficiency of cardiomyocyte regeneration in cell therapyusing pluripotent stem cells derived from heart tissueand can treat heart disease further effectively.Specifically, according to the present invention,enhancement in the survival of grafted pluripotent stemcells and significant improvement in the efficiency ofcardiomyocyte regeneration are achieved by using, incombination, pluripotent stem cells derived from hearttissue and a hydrogel containing a basic fibroblastgrowth factor (bFGF) in cell therapy for heart disease.
