The compounds are of the Formula I:wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, and R10 are independently H, C1-C10 alkyl, —OH, C1-C6 alkoxy, —COOH, —COO−M+, or —O−M+, where M+ is a sodium, potassium, or ammonium ion, provided that at least one of R6, R7, R8, R9, or R10 is —OH.
