PURPOSE: A plate for fixing a mandible is provided to place a jaw joint on a stable ideal position before synostosis through jaw movement of a patient for oneself by connecting a mandibular proximal segment to a mandibular body which is a mandibular centrifugal segment in a semi-fixed state. CONSTITUTION: First and second fixing ring parts(20,30) constitute a plate body(10). First and second fixing ring parts and a movable ring part(40) are interconnected by a connection part(50). A screw(60) passes through the first and second fixing ring parts. A taper surface is formed on an internal upper circumferential surface of first and second through holes in first and second fixing ring part. A head part of a screw(70) attaches an upper surface of the movable ring part.본 발명은 주걱턱을 제거하는 턱얼굴 성형 수술이나, 구강암 수술시 하악골의 근심 골편을 원심 골편인 하악체에 반고정 상태로 연결하기 때문에 하악 골편들의 상, 하, 좌, 우 방향으로의 운동을 어느 정도 허용하여, 수술 후 골유합 전에 환자 스스로의 턱운동으로 턱관절이 좀 더 이상적인 위치에 유지된 채 골유합이 이루어지도록 할 수 있다. 따라서 수술 중에 턱관절이 수술 전 상태나 이상적인 위치에 유지되도록 하악골을 고정하지 못하더라도 재수술 없이 수술 후 환자에 의한 어느 정도의 보상으로 하악골이 안정된 위치에 유지되도록 할 수 있는 하악골 고정 플레이트를 제공한다.
