PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant-protecting material having smaller reaction force.SOLUTION: The plant-protecting material protects plants from tread pressure by persons, vehicles, or the like. The plant-protecting material includes a base member and an upper member. The plant-protecting material has the following structure: the base member is formed by connecting base tread pressure parts formed by connecting a plurality of projections via ribs the base tread pressure part supports load from above a base connection part as a connection part with the upper member is set up on the upper part of the base tread pressure part a space surrounded with the base tread pressure part is formed as a base water-permeable part and functions as a place for being charged with soil and making rainwater permeate the ground the upper member is structured by connecting the ribs the cross-sections of the ribs are formed as an upper tread pressure part a space surrounded with the upper tread pressure part is formed as an upper water-permeable part and functions as a space for growing up the plants and also functions as a place for making rainwater permeate underground a connection part connected with the base tread pressure part is formed at the inside surface of each of the respective ribs forming a square shape where four of the upper tread pressure parts are connected, so as to make it as the upper connection part, and the upper connection part is connected to one of the base tread pressure parts.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、より反力の小さい、植物保護資材の提案にある。【解決手段】人や車等の踏圧から植物を保護するための植物保護資材であって、当該植物保護資材は基礎部材と上部部材からなり、基礎部材は複数の突部である基礎踏圧部をリブで連結した構成とされ、基礎踏圧部で上からの荷重を支え、かつ、基礎踏圧部の上部に上部部材との接続部として基礎接続部を設け、基礎踏圧部で囲まれた空間は基礎透水部とされ土壌を充填し雨水を地中に浸透させる場所となり、上部部材はリブを連結した構成とされ、リブの交点が上部踏圧部とされ上部踏圧部で囲まれた空間は上部透水部とされ、植物が伸長していく空間であると共に雨水を地下に浸透させる場所となり、4個の上部踏圧部を連結する4角形を形成するそれぞれのリブの内側面に基礎踏圧部と接続する接続部を設けて上部接続部とし、上部接続部が一つの基礎踏圧部と接続する植物保護部材である。【選択図】図1
