PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medication support case and a medication support method that improve medication adherence by the safe and sure medication taken by a patient of a disease requiring continuous medication, and the continuation of the medication.SOLUTION: A medication support case 10 from which a patient takes a medication according to a medication schedule by the prescription of a doctor includes at least: a tool storage part 1 for storing a tool E with a button mounted with a GPS for transmitting information that a medication is taken, to a doctor or medical staff every time a medication is taken； and medicine storage pockets 2 (2a, 2b, and 2c) for storing a medicine M, which is the medication object. The tool storage part is provided with an opening 1h at a place corresponding to a button part so that the button part can be pushed directly in a state that the tool is stored.
