PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an observation scope for a periodontal pocket, which observes the inner part of a periodontal pocket over a wide range.SOLUTION: The observation scope includes: a hand piece 10 and a chip 20 insertably connected to the hand piece 10. The chip 20 includes: a light guide for radiating light forward from the distal end of the chip 20 and an image guide for transmitting the image of a part illuminated by the light from the light guide. The chip 20 is constituted of a guide tube 24 where the light guide and the image guide are put through. An attachment 40 where the guide tube 24 is put through and which is removably mounted is arranged at the distal end of the chip 20. The attachment 40 is inserted to the periodontal pocket, to transmit the image in the front part of the light guide to the hand piece through the image guide. The attachment 40 is mounted so as to be inclination possible with respect to the through hole 40 of the guide tube 24. Thus, the inner wall of the periodontal pocket is observed over the angle of about 360°.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】歯周ポケット内の観察を広範囲に亘って行うことが出来る歯周ポケット内観察スコープに係る。【解決手段】ハンドピース10と該ハンドピースに挿脱自在に接続されるチップ20とから成り、該チップ20の先端より前方向に向けて放射するライトガイド、及び、該ライトガイドからの光によって照明された箇所の像を伝送するイメージガイドとを有する。前記チップ20は、前記ライトガイド及びイメージガイドを挿通したガイドチューブ24から成り、該チップ20の先端部に前記ガイドチューブ24を挿通して着脱自在に装着されるアタッチメント40を有する。アタッチメント40を歯周ポケット内に挿入し、前記ライトガイドの前方における像を前記イメージガイドを通して前記ハンドピースに伝送する。前記アタッチメント40は、前記ガイドチューブ24の挿通孔40’に対して傾動自在に装着され、歯周ポケット内壁を略360°の角度に亘って観察できる。【選択図】図1
