PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye measurement device capable of promptly starting the measurement of a patient's eyes with the image capturing parts of the device stabilized with respect to the patient's eyes and also to provide a face frame which is mounted to the eye measurement device.SOLUTION: The eye measurement device comprises: a right eye image capturing part for capturing an image of the patient's right eye； a left eye image capturing part for capturing an image of the patient's left eye； a housing part which houses the right eye image capturing part and the left eye image capturing part and has a right eye opening portion corresponding to the right eye image capturing part and a left eye opening portion corresponding to the left eye image capturing part； and a face frame one end of which is supported on the housing part midway between the right eye opening portion and the left eye opening portion, and the other end of which is provided with a contact portion brought into contact with the patient's face.
