PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IABP driving device or the like capable of improving a driving time during battery operation under a low temperature environment.SOLUTION: An IABP driving device 10, to which a balloon catheter 80 interconnected with a balloon 82 is attached, inflates and deflates the balloon.
