PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use instrument holder with which instruments can be easily stored in a storage part, a tube connected with the instrument is disengaged from the storage part when the instrument is taken out from the storage part and the moving range is enlarged, and a dental treatment device including the same.SOLUTION: The dental instrument holder comprises a plurality of instrument storage parts arranged in parallel which comprise a slit being cut backward from the front end edge part of the base and a circular hole penetrating the rear end of the slit. The width of the slit is equal to or smaller than the diameter of the stored instrument and equal to or larger than the diameter of the tube connected to the instrument, the tip of the slit is enlarged wider, its upper surface and wall surface ares connected by a gently descending curve surface, the circular hole is formed with the wall surface in a trumpet shape spreading in an upper part, the diameter close to the bottom end of the circular hole is smaller than the diameter of the stored instrument in the instrument holder.
