The present invention relates to a TLIF cage and, more specifically, to a TLIF cage comprising: a body part which has a shape complementary to the shape of a front part of a disk and has a predetermined thickness to be inserted into a space between vertebrae and an alignment marker which is inserted into the body part. The body part comprises: a hollow part which is a hole formed to penetrate the upper surface and the lower surface of the body part inside the body part a tapered part formed as a thickness of the body part is reduced toward the end thereof at one side of the body part and a tamping part which has a shape in which the end of the body part is cut at the other side of the body part. The tamping part comprises: a first tamping part which has a space depressed inside the body part and a second tamping part which has a protrusion protruding to the outside of the body part. The first tamping part comprises: a slot formed with a groove at a predetermined depth on the side end of the body part and a fixing hole which is located on the slot and has a screw formed therein.
