PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and stably approach an opening for evacuation on a seat part to a proper position to a toilet bowl.SOLUTION: A wheel chair comprises: a chair body 2 comprising a lower frame 12, an inner frame 15, and an upper frame 16, formed into a three-dimensional frame shape capable of straddling a toilet bowl T and comprising wheels 9 for movement on the lower frame 12 and a seat part 3 which is provided on the inner frame 15, which is provided on a position higher than that of the toilet bowl T, and on which an opening 35 for evacuation is formed. The lower frame 12 comprises front, rear, left and right support legs 8, side part footing bars 12a for connecting front and rear support legs 8 on left and right parts, and a front part footing bar 12b for connecting the left and right support legs 8 on a front part. The inner frame 15 comprises front, rear, left and right stretchable poles 11 inserted into the front, rear, left, right support legs 8 of the lower frame 12 from an upper side in a manner of capable of being stretched, and a frame material for connecting the stretchable poles and attaching the seat part 3.
