Disclosed is a use of hepatic growth factor (HGF) in preparation of an organ transplantation immune tolerant agent. Pendant la transplantation d'organe allotypique ou hétérologue, l'administration du HGF ou de cellules souches (ou de médicaments) produisant le HGF pourrait prolonger la survie d'un organe transplanté et d'un receveur, fournissant ainsi un nouveau médicament thérapeutique immunosuppresseur pour une application clinique de transplantation d'organe.本发明公开了肝细胞生长因子(Hepatic growth factor，HGF)在制备器官移植免疫耐受剂中的应用，在同种异型或异种器官移植过程中给予HGF或分泌HGF的干细胞(或药物)，可以延长移植器官和受体存活，为器官移植临床应用提供了一种新的免疫抑制治疗药物。
