The present invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Provided are an antibody which specifically binds with human TROP-2 and has antitumor activity in vivo and also an antigen binding fragment thereof; a hybridoma which produces the aforementioned antibody; a conjugate of the aforementioned antibody and a drug; a pharmaceutical composition for treating a tumor and a medicinal composition for diagnosing a tumor comprising the antibody, an antigen binding fragment or conjugate thereof according to the present invention. The invention makes it possible to provide an anti-hTROP-2 antibody having anti-tumor activity.
