PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compounds that inhibit tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-&alpha；)-induced necroptosis and are effective in treatment of conditions such as a neurodegenerative disease of the central or peripheral nervous system, the result of retinal neuronal cell death, the result of cell death of cardiac muscle, the result of cell death of cells of the immune system, stroke, and a liver disease.SOLUTION: There are provided 5-membered heterocyclic compounds having structures represented by formula (VI-A) or formula (VI-B).【課題】腫瘍壊死因子アルファ（ＴＮＦ－α）誘発ネクロトーシスを抑制し、中枢若しくは抹消神経系の神経変性疾患、網膜神経細胞死の結果、心筋の細胞死の結果、免疫系の細胞の細胞死の結果；脳卒中、肝疾患等、の症状の治療に有効な化合物の提供。【解決手段】式（ＶＩ－Ａ）又は式（ＶＩ－Ｂ）で示される構造の複素５員環化合物。【選択図】なし
