The present invention is provided to improve the precision of implant surgery by accurately obtaining an image of the oral cavity of a patient. A surgical guide and implant material manufacturing method for dental implant treatment provided by the present invention comprises: a first step of manufacturing an occlusal alignment variable piece where a thickness-controlled occlusal base is stacked by corresponding to an occlusal height on the outer surface corresponding to a clamor tooth while being pressured and combined with an oral cavity adjacent to an tooth implant object part so that a fit groove part is formed to fit the oral cavity of a patient after softening by performing a thermal treatment on the body part of a thermoplastic resin material above a preset temperature; a second step in which a CT image is obtained by performing a CT shooting of the oral cavity where a plurality of reference markers is attached and a scanning image is obtained by performing oral scans of the upper and lower jaws before and after the installation of the occlusal alignment variable piece; a third step in which a common part between the scanning image and the CT image is recognized as a matching point and a three-dimensional integrated guide image is obtained by an image matching based on the matching point; and a fourth step in which a surgical guide is manufactured to include a guide hole formed along the implant position of a fixture corresponding to the set crown and a fixing groove part fitting into the oral cavity shape of the patient while setting the height of crown based on the three-dimensional integrated guide image.피시술자의 구강 내부에 대한 이미지를 정확하게 획득하여 임플란트 시술의 정밀성이 향상되도록, 본 발명은 열가소성 수지 재질의 몸체부를 기설정된 온도 이상으로 가온처리하여 연화시킨 후 피시술자의 구강 내부에 형합되는 형합홈부가 형성되도록 치아 식립대상부와 인접한 상기 구강 내부에 가압 결합하되, 대합치아와 대응되는 외면에 교합 높이에 대응하여 두께가 조절된 교합베이스가 적층된 교합정렬가변피스가 제조되는 제1단계; 복수개소의 레퍼런스 마커가 부착된 상기 구강 내부를 CT촬영하여 CT 이미지가 획득되고, 상기 교합정렬가변피스의 설치 전후 상태의 상하악을 오랄 스캔하여 스캐닝 이미지가 획득되는 제2단계; 상기 스캐닝 이미지와 상기 CT 이미지
