PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave-reducing cover which can bring about a health promotion effect by a remarkable far infrared light action, an effect of absorbing sweat, sebum, etc. on a hand or others, and a deodorizing effect in addition to an electromagnetic wave-reducing effect of a mobile information technology device.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave-reducing cover 1 is to be attached to a mobile information technology device 2. The electromagnetic wave-reducing cover comprises a main body part 10 disposed so as to cover at least a backside 2b of the mobile information technology device. The main body part has a layer structure formed by an electromagnetic wave-reducing sheet 13 including carbon, and a cloth body 15 making an outermost layer firmly fixed to a face of the electromagnetic wave-reducing sheet on a side opposite to the mobile information technology device.
