<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrated solidified body exhibiting effect on the fixation of hydrogen sulfide, having sufficient strength as the hydrated solidified body and manufactured at low cost. <；P>；SOLUTION: The hydrated solidified body comprises by mass 40-70% steel-making slag having &le；40 mm particle diameter, 10-50% steel-making dust having &le；10 mm particle diameter and 5-20% silica-containing material having latent hydraulic property or material having pozzolan reactivity and used as a binder to become 100% in total, and is manufactured by bringing the steel-making slag and the steel-making dust from each receiving hopper 1a, 1b, bringing the binder to the mixture of the steel-making slag and steel-making dust from a silo 3 mounted on a belt conveyer 2 in a mixing apparatus and adding water on the belt to adjust the water content in the mixture and mixing. As the result, the hydrated solidified body is inexpensively manufactured using the steel-making slag and steel-making dust.
