The present invention relates to a new dry concentrate comprising an electrolyte component, a buffer component and an osmotic agent for the preparation of a medicament solution, in particular a dialysis solution. The concentrate contains magnesium carbonate instead of magnesium chloride. The formation of slurry can be prevented by using magnesium carbonate as the electrolyte. By providing anhydrous glucose as an osmotic agent and optionally spatially separating this osmotic agent from the other ingredients, it is possible to further prevent the concentrate from caking. Sodium bicarbonate and sodium chloride as buffer components are separated from other components and supplied together to further reduce the occurrence of caking. The concentrate of the present invention is particularly suitable for use with a multi-chamber container bag system.
