Treatment of joint instability is performed by avoiding joint relaxation by artificial joints, tools and surgical methods. The artificial shoulder joint includes a humerus member having a humeral joint and a humeral fixation member, and an articular fossa containing a conical body having a conical connection surface and a conical fixed member for attaching the articular fossa to the scapula. The articular fovea fixing member may be attached orthogonally to the scapula.
