The present invention relates to a glioma diagnostic biomarker composition comprising TrioBP, a diagnostic composition, a diagnostic kit, a method for providing information on the diagnosis of glioma, a method for screening a glioma therapeutic agent and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating glioma, using the same. TrioBP of the present invention is overexpressed in glioma cells, and the effect of inhibiting cell proliferation and migration through the inhibition of the TrioBP is remarkably excellent.
