PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method related to combined use of a PDE4 inhibitor with a HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor for the preventive or curative treatment of an inflammatory pulmonary disease.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing a pharmaceutical preparation including the amount of the PDE4 inhibitor, the amount of the HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary, wherein the PDE4 inhibitor is selected from a group comprising roflumilast, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of roflumilast, roflumilast-N-oxide, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of roflumilast-N-oxide, and the HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor is rosuvastatin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. In this case, the first amount and the second amount jointly constitutes an effective amount for the preventive or curative treatment of an inflammatory pulmonary disease.【課題】ＰＤＥ４インヒビターと、ＨＭＧ－ＣｏＡレダクターゼインヒビターとの、炎症性肺疾患の予防的もしくは治療的な処置のための組み合わせ使用に関する治療法の提供。【解決手段】ＰＤＥ４インヒビターの量と、ＨＭＧ－ＣｏＡレダクターゼインヒビターの量と、少なくとも１つの製剤学的に認容性の助剤とを含む医薬製剤を含む医薬組成物であって、その際、ＰＤＥ４インヒビターが、ロフルミラスト、ロフルミラストの製剤学的に認容性の塩、ロフルミラスト－Ｎ－オキシド及びロフルミラスト－Ｎ－オキシドの製剤学的に認容性の塩からなる群から選択され、ＨＭＧ－ＣｏＡレダクターゼインヒビターが、ロスバスタチン又はその製剤学的に認容性の塩であり、その際、第一の量と第二の量とが、一緒になって、炎症性肺疾患の予防的又は治療的な処置のための有効量を構成することを特徴とする医薬組成物。【選択図】図１
